On 11 May 2026, at 5pm BST, we’ll host a general meeting, to be run by current convenors of the Haunted Shores Research Network. We’ll be talking about the running and future of the network, and invite all members to join us to talk part!

We are looking for volunteers to help us with the Network. If you would like to gain experience in being part of a lively, interdisciplinary Network, then please find more information below.
We would welcome people who might be able to assist with the following:
- Maintaining the website and mailing list, including adding a members directory, bibliography, a Network CV
- Maintaining the social media accounts
- Developing the HSN blog with content and reviews, including soliciting and editing content
- Organising and hosting the reading group or other regular meeting groups, such as ECR workshops, training events, WIP sessions, a seminar series
If you would be interested in joining us please let us know. We welcome ideas for any events, activities, or initiatives and would hope to support you in developing any skills that might be useful for your CV. We’ll also look forward to discussing the options and opportunities with you at the meeting.
